Our mission
Research moves the world. It should be trustworthy — and within reach of everyone who does it.
Relumir exists to give every researcher — in labs, independently, and in graduate programmes, across every discipline and continent — a collaborative AI research workspace they can trust. Faster work, never at the cost of the credibility it’s built on.
Why we exist
AI broke trust in research. We’re rebuilding it.
The tools everyone reached for fabricate citations, lose context mid-project, and pass guesses off as scholarship. Journals answered with bans and suspicion — and researchers were left choosing between speed and integrity. We refused that trade-off. Relumir is fast because it’s rigorous, not in spite of it: every claim grounded, every source real, every step yours to approve in an evidence-backed research workflow.
The vision
A research workspace for everyone — not just the well-resourced.
We built Relumir mobile-first, with accessible pricing for researchers and research teams worldwide, and grounded in a verifiable citation graph — so a researcher in Lagos or Nairobi works with the same rigour as one at Stanford. The future of research isn’t a chatbot that guesses. It’s a transparent workspace that shows its work, remembers everything, and keeps you in control of every approval.
Our principles
What we won’t compromise on.
Citation trust fails closed
Unverified work never ships — even if a service is down. Trust is the product, not a feature.
You’re the author
I propose; you decide. Every brief, outline and paragraph is yours to approve, edit or reject.
Not a ghostwriting service
Relumir is a research workspace, not an essay mill. You remain responsible for authorship and your institution’s policies.
Fair across every discipline
Humanities, STEM, social science, the arts — reviewed and served with equal rigour.
Honest about what AI can’t do
I won’t fake your statistics or invent your sources. I tell you the truth, and which tool to use.
Built for the global researcher
Mobile-first, accessibly priced for researchers and research teams, resilient on the WiFi you actually have.
Who’s behind it
“I built Relumir after doing the kind of rigorous, cited research that deserves a trustworthy workspace — and living every frustration of tools that couldn’t be trusted. I ship quickly, refine deliberately, and listen to every researcher who uses it. If something is missing, I want to hear it.”
